This locality in northern Romania actually dates back to the time of the Romans, and is one of the more significant European localities for Stibnite. This piece is a very showy classic Romanian Stibnite specimen featuring a beautiful metallic "spray" of thin, black-grey color prismatic crystals which are bursting out to create this beautiful display piece. Good quality all around, and most of the crystals are fully terminated, which is more than can be said of many of the Stibnite specimens from this locality.
