Item Description

This is the first specimen that I've seen from this mine, and certainly the only Stibnite that I've seen from Arkansas. Typically people associate Arkansas with things like Mt Ida Quartz and Crater of Diamonds Park. When it comes to the Antimony Bluff Mine, specimens are certainly scarce on the market. This specimen features somewhat of a slickenside appearance of metallic silvery Stibnite with some minor yellow Stibiconite? or Cervantite? From the collection of Allen Heyl, who purchased it from the David Harrison collection via the Rocksmiths.
