The famous Himalaya Mine has produced some of the finest example of the rare REE oxide, stibiotantalite. Tabular to blocky, partly terminated to broken, translucent, honey-brown crystals with waxy luster, to 1.9 cm, are attractively set in lepidolite crystal matrix.
