Stibiconite ps. After Stibnite (Trimingham Coll.)

Item Description

A classic Mexican pseudomorph species. Stibiconite has pseudomorphed shapely intergrown sprays of fairly large stibnite prisms. The tips of the pseudos in the front of the piece are pristine, with the terminations of the larger crystals in the back having contacting the vug roof. A showy and excellent example of the species from the Bob Trimingham Collection. His label says Charcas, but that is incorrect.
