Item Description
A good quality Stellerite from the famous Summit Quarry in New Jersey. While this locality is best known for its superb Greenockite specimens, it also produced some decent Zeolites and associated species. The piece features a predominant, 3.3 cm spherical aggregate of lustrous tan colored Stellerite sitting atop additional Stellerite crystal matrix. There is some associated Heulandite on the piece, and from the standpoint of quality and aesthetics, it's certainly one of the better Stellerites from this locality that I have offered.
