Item Description
A large and eye-catching classic example of the well-known "cross"-twinned Staurolite crystals from the famous Keivy Mountains in Russia. This specimens shows the beautiful golden-bronze colored Staurolite twins sitting against the silvery schist matrix. The largest twin mesaures 9.4 x 5.7 cm. Great quality and really showy! These pieces are not terribly common on the market, but these are arguably some of the best examples of the species extant.
