A colorful and sculptural small cabinet example of the so-called "star mica" which occasionally comes from here, named for its complex habit which makes the individual crystals, when they stand out, look like little stars. Pearlescent straw-yellow blades totally cover the starkly white albite matrix on this excellent piece. Essentially pristine, except for the periphery wear.
