A gorgeous, 3.7 x 2.1 x 1.4 cm, green gem spodumene variety triphane is exquisitely set on two, glassy, translucent quartz crystals. The sharply terminated and well-striated crystal is richly striated and has waxy luster. The termination faces are frosted and etched and the C-axis shot comes closest to showing the correct mint-green color. Very choice combination material from the Herb Obodda dealer stock. Herb valued this beauty at $750, five or more years ago. It is certainly worth more today with the ongoing conflict. VERY difficult to photograph. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON. The aesthetics are fine.
