Item Description

Beautiful and classic yellow-green color on the water-clear gem interior on this impressive, blocky, bi-colored spodumene variety triphane from Pech. Waxy luster, striated faces enhance the crystal. The doubly terminated crystal has distinctively different termination forms and contrasting color - translucent, bone-white. The primary termination has classic chisel form with a pristine adjacent contact with the lower termination being etched. Interestingly, the gem portion of the crystal fluoresces orange under LW UV light. Mass is 381 grams. Complete all-around and pristine. An imposing, uncommon, large, excellent blocky gem triphane crystal with white terminations from Pech.
