Item Description
This is a classic Afghani Spodumene (Triphane) specimen showing excellent internal gemminess with a soft greenish-golden hue and high luster. The piece is a complete "floater", as it is doubly-terminated because it's re-crystallized ("re-healed") where it detached from the pocket wall. Specimen weight is 20.6 grams. It's hard to show in the video, but the piece is nearly water-clear. Fine quality, and a beautiful example of these classic Spodumenes.
