Hiddenite is the rare variety of green spodumene originally described from Hiddenite, North Carolina. This pretty green thumbnail has two water-clear faces and two frosted faces. It is a genuine TRUE hiddenite of the unique chemistry for this place, not just a green triphane from somewhere else, that LOOKS hiddenite-green! Uncommon on the market. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock. Herb valued this cute rarity at $350, five or more years ago. An American classic. 2.85 carats.
