A highly sculptural and RARE spodumene and quartz matrix specimen from Nuristan. A pristine, 8.5 cm, glassy, translucent, doubly terminated quartz crystal with albite embedded in one termination is dramatically attached to a striking parallel-growth cluster of tabular spodumene crystals. The waxy luster mint-green spodumenes are transparent to translucent and have nifty colorless, frosted/etched, chisel terminations.
