Item Description

Sharp, lustrous, brownish-purple, spinel octahedrons, to 3 mm, are festooned on three sides of the layered matrix on this very rich and showy specimen from this well-known Spanish locale. An excellent example of Spanish spinels with uncommon size and richness. Self-collected by Paco Gutierrez.
