Item Description
Delicate and tantalizing dendrites of spinel-twinned silver crystals are dramatically visible on the three sawed and polished sides of the mostly dolomite matrix. Rich and hefty silver ore. Specimens of this richness and sculptural quality are rare from this less well-known old extinct New Mexico silver mine. Mass is 209 grams. Classic and very seldom available material from the collection of New Mexico specialist Chris Cowan.
