Spinel-twinned Galena and Quartz

An outstanding and very showy CABINET combination specimen from the much less well-known Angel Janakiev Mine at Madan. Clusters of uncommon, silvery metallic-bright, spinel-twinned, galena crystals are strikingly complimented by sharp, frosted, quartz points of variable sizes. Some quartz crystals even have a slight iron oxide coating for further pazzazz. The large quartz is 4.5 cm and the beautiful quartz spray are particularly noteworthy. This very fine and uncommon combination specimen from this locale has several excellent display possibilities, as you can see. Valued at $500-700.
