Item Description
A classic, old-time specimen of arborescent, spinel-twinned, copper crystals with a nice patina from Copper Country. This dense, floater, copper looks great from either side and is nicely accented with a bit of quartz. This crystal form was described by Dana (1886) as Type 1 branching. Ex Jaime Bird Collection and comes with a 1970s-era Bentley's Minerals label. Valued at $400-600.
