Item Description

A wonderful, artistically sculptural, curved flattened copper miniature from a NEW FIND at this active open pit copper mine. This dramatically sharply crystallized floater has a fine patina. All four sides of the 360-degree piece have a striking backbones of spinel-twins, that are flanked by spinel-twins with surreal skeletal and hoppered features. The little "tail" crystal on the bottom is a super accent. This exceptional cutie resembles classic crystallized coppers from Michigan's Keweenaw Peninsula, Arizona or Kazakhstan! Most specimens from the 2017 find had an arborescent shape, so these new pieces are dramatically different and exciting.
