Item Description

Bright copper spinel-twins are richly festooned on both sides of the very vuggy large matrix on this classic and excellent copper from the famous Copper Queen Mine. The crystals reach over 1.0 cm in the dense arborescent sprays. The bright copper patina is caused by the crystals being etched out of the enclosing matrix. Choice, sculptural and rich large two-sided crystallized copper from the Ted Bartels Collection.
