A hard to find Spinel from the Ampandrandava phlogopite mine in Madagascar. The piece shows sharp, and well-formed faces with good luster. It has a rich blue hue, and it opaque for all intents and purposes. If you collect Madagascar minerals or just Spinels in general, these are next to impossible to obtain, so don't miss out on this one.
