These stones were cut from a recent discovery (mid 2021) and supplied by our good friend in Peshawar. They are without question the best pink Spinel gems that we've ever had to offer from Pakistan in the auctions. This is a fantastic matched pair of "Round Brilliant" cut, lively baby pink colored Spinel gems with virtually eye-clean clarity. The stones are 100% natural, unheated and superb for what they are. On a worldwide scale, there aren't a lot of places that produce such beautifully colored Spinel gems, but they are exceedingly difficult to find from Pakistan. We were thrilled to get our hands on them, and our source in Peshawar has said that NOTHING else has been found in terms of gem quality material, and it's very hard to say when or if there will be more. If you love Spinels, these are a must have for the fantastic color and the rare locality, and they would make a great addition to any gem collection. They are also perfect candidates to be set into earrings, as I'm sure very few of you have a pair of lovely pink Spinel earrings.
