Item Description
Fine sphalerite specimens are rare compared to the many TONS of pyrite specimens, that have come from this famous locale. Intergrown, lustrous, jet-black, twinned crystals form a sculptural and showy mounded piece and are beautifully accented by a single, mirror-bright pyritohedron on each side. Periphery wear is noted, but this remains a fine and uncommon example of the species and noted locale. Ex Art Soregaroli Collection.
