Sphalerite on bi-colored Fluorite

Glistening, rubyjack sphalerite crystals rest on a bi-colored fluorite cube with a prominent fortification face. The highly lustrous, transparent to translucent fluorite has the classic amber core surrounded by rich purple. Periphery wear and modest side wear are noted, but this remains a very showy and highly representative combination specimen from the well-known Denton Mine. Modest purple fluorescence.
