Item Description
Elmwood is only known for producing a handful of species, but the best pieces are among the finest in the world for what they are. Here we have a wonderful small cabinet specimen featuring beautifully crystallized multi-terminated, lustrous, semi-metallic, compound crystals of deep reddish-brown Sphalerite aesthetically sitting on matrix. The largest single Sphalerite can be seen near the top of the piece measuring in at 3.3 cm across. A beautiful crystallized "mountain" of the well-known "Ruby Jack" from Elmwood. Great condition all the way around. It is a great display Sphalerite specimen from this world famous locality. Valued at $800.
