Item Description

Mineral species of ANY species are very rare from this old, obscure Tri-State lead mine. An exceptional, 2.4 cm, super sharp, lustrous, metallic gray-black, sphalerite crystal is dramatically set on matrix of iridescent chalcopyrite sphenoids and pastel-pink saddle-shaped dolomite rhombs. Very fine and rare old-time Picher Field combination material, that comes with a 1950s-60s-era label.
