Item Description

Beautiful clusters of scintillating, gemmy, reddish-orange rubyjack sphalerite crystals are richly scattered among glassy, translucent, gray calcite disks on this imposing and sculptural large combination specimen from this closed Pb-Zn mine, in production from 1986-1993. The hefty matrix is granular massive sulfides. Choice and very showy large combination material, self-collected by Paco Gutierrez.
