Large, sharp, splendent, jet-black, spinel-twinned, sphalerite crystals to 2.6 cm are beautifully framed by a wreath of glassy, colorless calcite rhombs on this aesthetic combination specimen from this historic mining district. Excellent material from the Ed Bancroft Collection.
