Item Description

Elmwood is only known for producing a handful of species, but the best pieces are among the finest in the world for what they are. Here we have a wonderful near display specimen featuring several, multiply-terminated, lustrous compound crystals of deep reddish-brown Sphalerites on a grey matrix covered by sugary Quartz. The piece in great shape and crystallized all the way around. The largest crystal group measures 3.4 cm across! It is a great representative Sphalerite specimen from this world famous locality.
