Item Description
This mine is probably best known for its superb Bournonite specimens, but this new find has produced some attractive association specimens of Sphalerite with other minerals. The piece features dozens of lustrous, sharp, reddish black crystals of Sphalerite associated with gemmy, lustrous micro Quartz on matrix. A very nice display specimen from the 2011 find at Machacamarca. The largest Sphalerite crystal measures 4 mm across.
