Item Description
A lovely Sphalerite specimen from the famed Poudrette Quarry at Mont Saint-Hilaire featuring a 2.6 cm group of well-formed crystals on matrix. On the exterior, the crystals look black, but with strong backlighting there are several colors visible including rich goldens, greens, and reddish-brown hues. The Sphalerites are in good shape, with no major damage on the front/display side, though it's contacted on the back.
