This aesthetic and very rich mounded spessartine combination plate is highlighted by the striking 1.4 cm "ball" at the crest and scattered smoky quartz crystals to 1.8 cm on the contrasting microcline matrix. The scintillating, gemmy and lustrous spessartines range from cherry-red to rich cinnamon-orange. A very showy and excellent 360-degree specimen from Tongbei. Pristine, except for the bit of modest periphery wear. Few specimens have come out recently.
