A striking, large, 3.8 cm, complex spessartine trapezohedron GLOWS with variable cherry-red gemminess under bright light! The glassy, highly lustrous crystal is wine-red under normal light. Complete all-around the crystal is aesthetically set on matrix albite matrix with two smaller dinged spessartines. Nearly pristine, with only a couple of small spots of bruising, which are certainly only modest detractions. This is a LARGE, excellent and very attractive spessartine for Shengus.
