Item Description

A lovely deep red, partially translucent, highly lustrous, 1.4 cm, spessartine garnet trapezohedron attractively set on a partially euhedral, pearlescent, albite crystal from Shengus. Five smaller, gemmy, garnets are a nifty accent. Well-formed albite crystals of this size are uncommon from Shengus. Showy and excellent combination material from the Herb Obodda dealer stock. Herb valued this piece at $500, five or more years ago.
