Gemmy and lustrous, wine-red spessartine garnets to 1.0 cm RICHLY cover the CABINET-SIZED matrix of contrasting, white albite crystals from recent finds at Shengus, Pakistan. These garnets are EXCEPTIONALLY gemmy for the locale, so this is a highly representative, LARGE, specimen for the species and locale, even with the broken crystals.
