Item Description

This is a really cute and pristine intergrown pair of well-striated, translucent, textbook, spessartine garnet dodecahedrons. The backlit photos highlight the rich reddish-brown color of the crystals. Spessartines are very rare from Raikot. Mineral specimens are extremely uncommon from this obscure Pakistan locality. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock. 18.25 carats or 3.65 grams.
