The rich red color, dramatic stepped-growth faces and sculptural quality of these highly lustrous and gemmy floater spessartine garnets caused quite a stir, when they first started coming out in the early 2000s. The deep cherry-red color really glows bright cherry-red, when the crystal is backlit! An excellent, larger than most crystal from the find. 101 grams mass.
