These highly etched but completely terminated, floater, spessartine garnets are truly fascinating. The sculptural aesthetics of this striking "V", luster and clarity are superb, which are complemented by the lovely deep cherry-red color. It is safe to say these have become very sought-after, and this is an excellent example of this find. It is even better in person. The stepped patterns on this particular piece are amazing, just like a cherry-red, Mayan pyramid or an M.C. Escher print!
