Spessartine Garnet

At one point, Marienfluss Spessartines from the 1980s finds set the standard with collectors for their sharpness, color, and gemminess. Today they are still desirable, just so rare most people have never seen one. This sharp crystal exceeds 8 mm and is very nicely colored a classic orange hue. It sits in fine, sparkly micaceous (almost Phlogopite) matrix. Aesthetic and hard to find.
