A wonderfully GEMMY, electric orange (Mn-rich), partial trapezohedron of Spessartine from the classic Little Three Mine in southern California. This locality is best known for its fiery orange Spessartine specimens, and even little single gem crystals like this are highly sought after by collectors. This piece came from Bill Larson's personal California collection. The color is superb not only for the Little Three, but Spessartine from anywhere in the world.
