Item Description
Sharp, lovely wine-red, gemmy, lustrous trapezohedral Spessartine crystals sit atop an off-white blocky Albite crystal. For Garnet collectors, this is a nice specimen, and a fairly worthwhile piece of this well-known material. The largest Spessartine measures 8 mm across, and despite the fact that these pieces are fairly well-known on the market, they are some of the very few red Spessartines available these days from any locality.
