Item Description
The mounded CABINET matrix of banded hematite "kidney ore" is covered with two clearly visible sizes of scintillating, specular hematite and is strikingly accented with light pastel-pink, saddle-shaped, dolomite rhombs. A bonus on the back is a deep, sculptural vug filled with specular hematite. Classic, old-time and very showy combination material typical from the famous Florence Mine and certainly dates to the 19th or early 20th Centuries.
