Item Description
An exquisite cerussite from Iran. This lovely piece exhibits classic and most striking, reticulated, sixling-twinning in the 'snowflake' form. The glassy blades have adamantine luster with nice smoky color. The upper complex section is in excellent condition, with bruising noted lower down. The back is pristine, but there is some tack attached to the central spine. It displays beautifully, as you can see. From the small 2001 find - Vein 5, 200m Level of the mine. Valued at $400. It looks like Tsumeb and is just as good.
