"Snowflake" Cerussite

"Snowflake" cerussites are a Tsumeb classic and this is a very cute and nifty, two-sided miniature plate. The front highlights the very sculptural form of the reticulated, adamantine luster crystals. Very interestingly, the crystals on the back are much denser, smaller and have an oxide coating. Weird chemistry here! A fine example of the species and famous locale with artistic design.
