Smoky Quartz xl cluster w/ scepter & Muscovite

Item Description

An extremely complex and striking, glassy, smoky quartz crystal cluster from a recent find at Diamantina, Brazil. This is an amazing complete all-around, floater specimen. One side features a fabulous, 7.5 cm, doubly terminated, scepter. The rest of the complexly intergrown crystals are water-clear to translucent and have variable smoky color saturation. Several of the other crystals are doubly terminated, including the very nifty, 2.5 cm, colorless pencil near the scepter. A sculptural, 4.4 x 3.2 cm, pearlescent muscovite "book" is the highlight on one side. The snow-white cleavelandite blades sprinkled about are a super accent. Every turn presents a strikingly different perspective to this exotic quartz! Nearly pristine, this impressive floater has very trivial contacting and bruising. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!!
