Item Description
An elegant and aesthetic small cabinet matrix smoky quartz specimen from the well-known Smokey Bear Claims. The two impressive, dominating, terminated crystals, 6.1 and 3.5 cm long, are water-clear gem with brilliant luster, which highlights the stepped-growth faces. Striking subtle, chevron-shaped phantoms are visible inside both crystals. The color is a pretty, variable, smoky "blush" tone. The water-clear, colorless terminations to the large smokies and the smaller crystals on the matrix add much character. Ex Kurt Hefendehl Collection. Classic and excellent Smokey Bear smoky quartz. These crystals rival top Swiss crystals in every way - luster, clarity and sharpness. Finding a Smoky Bear smoky of this quality is difficult. MUCH BETTER in person!
