Smoky Quartz w/ phantoms

An excellent smoky quartz crystal from the well-known Smoky Bear area. This piece rivals top Swiss crystals in every way - luster, clarity and sharpness. Striking chevron-shaped phantoms are visible inside below the striking, steep gem termination! The color is a pretty smoky tone and the crystal is actually gem-clear from the tip to nearly the base. Complete all-around. In good shape, with only a small bit of side wear and the contacting at the base of two prism faces has no damage, per se. These have very minimal impact on the high quality of the piece, considering this is really hard rock mining. Beautiful material.
