Item Description

Water-clear smoky quartz crystals form an aesthetic jackstraw plate on this showy and excellent from the extensive Swiss collection of Howard Belsky. The crystals, to 7.0 cm, have fine smoky color and a light dusting of chlorite. This showy, two-sided plate is in excellent condition, overall. The large crystal has two spots of trivial edge wear. The secondary crystal has a tiny bit of attached feldspar and a contact, where another crystal once lay, with no damage. The primary side has a modest bit of periphery wear, with the other side having some periphery wear. Classic and showy material.
