An impressive large and glassy smoky quartz crystal from Pikes Peak. The richly colored crystal is actually quite transparent, with the lower half being transparent and the upper half being translucent. Each of the lustrous six sides of the sharply terminated hexagonal crystal has a striking different pattern of stepped-growth, adding character. Sections of starkly contrasting amazonite and quartz crystals and clevelandite blades at the base are super accessories. Complete all-around and nearly pristine with only a gently bruised tip.
