An aesthetic and unusual smoky quartz specimen from the famous mines at Cavnic. The glassy smoky quartz crystal field is strikingly dominated by a large, sharply terminated, translucent, complete all-around and pristine, smoky scepter. Smoky scepters are rare from Cavnic and this is an outstanding example, with a very sculptural bulb shape. Ex Richard Hauck quartz collection.
