Smoky Quartz "scepter"

Here we have a great Smoky Quartz specimen from a recent find in Hallelujah Junction in California. I obtained this specimen directly from the miner who collected it. It has very good form and color, for any locality, but is especially attractive for a U.S. piece. This crystal is a good sized, sharp, lustrous, well formed attractive brown "Smoky" colored crystal is a notable scepter terminated. Good form for the locality, and certianly some of the most popular Quartz specimens from the U.S. right now.
