An excellent and large smoky quartz crystal shaft from the well-known Smoky Bear area. This piece rivals top Swiss crystals in every way - luster, clarity and sharpness. Striking subtle, chevron-shaped phantoms are visible inside below the striking, steep termination! The color is a pretty, variable, smoky "blush" tone. Complete all-around and viewable from all six sides. In great shape, with only a small bit of termination and side wear and the contacting at the base has no damage, per se. These have no impact on the overall very highly quality of the piece, considering this is really hard rock mining. Way above average and beautiful material. Ex Chris Cowan Collection.
